Things We Can Do, Success Stories, and Invite to a Dirt-Cheap Session
Heal by Being Loved and Accepted for Who You Are
As a neurodivergent trans girl who believed in a vegan future, I often felt I had to prove myself to the adults—prove I wasn't weird, lazy, or crazy, that I was productive and obedient.
Being challenged to grow is important, but as a highly sensitive child, I easily wound up feeling misunderstood and wrong for being myself, which only made it harder to focus on doing my best.
Talking with life coaches—or anyone who helps me feel unconditionally celebrated and supported—is a major way I have found healing and been able to thrive in life. That's why I'm so passionate about providing the same for others.
"I felt comfortable talking to Phoenix specifically because she's seen struggle, and I felt like she could understand my own struggles and understand what I had to say. It's rare that I've ever found someone I could be honest about with things. I've discussed things with Phoenix I had never told a soul, and from it have come so many breakthrough moments." —R.P., Tempe, AZ, USA
In coaching, you're celebrated for:
In my mid-twenties, I found deep comfort in working with a life coach named Lorrin. Instead of doubting my dreams, she offered unconditional support, giving me the space to find my own way.
Using my training from WellCoaches School of Coaching, I help people build confidence by drawing on their strengths and past successes. Together, we craft a vision for your future life that truly inspires you. From there, I am happy to meet regularly if you need. That way, the positive energy around your vision becomes a habit as you set and achieve goals week by week!
"I recently had an inspiring session with Phoenix from Fun With Phoenix and I really enjoyed it. Together, we envisioned my future and looked ways to start make my dreams turn into realities. Phoenix is very supportive, gives suggestions and just makes things "fun.'"
Maybe you're not in a place to dream big, because you feel too beaten down by difficult feelings or behaviors you're stuck in. If so, you might really like the Lefkoe Method. It was the first thing I found that really helped me break free from my problems.
I was a teenager and I struggled with severe shyness. But after using the Lefkoe Method to work through beliefs like “I’m not important”—which I didn’t logically endorse, but still felt deeply—my feelings and behavior changed.
Suddenly I found myself striking up conversations. I was less afraid of looking foolish. I could naturally open up about myself. With 50% less social anxiety, new possibilities emerged—I danced in public, felt confident on dating apps, and even acted on stage.
The Lefkoe Method has helped people reduce many types of unwanted patterns that can be especially an issue if you're sensitive—from procrastination, to people pleasing, to public speaking fear. The steps are:
"I absolutely loved my Lefkoe session with Phoenix. She helped me work through a limiting belief that was creating a lot of stress in my mind and body. After the session I felt lighter and excited about my life."
I personally loved how the Lefkoe Method gave me a chance to tell my story and receive empathy for my past experiences, while no longer having to be so affected by them. However, if you have beliefs you want to work on but prefer not to revisit childhood, we have other options!
I also help people shift things using:
If any of this sounds therapy-esque, I would describe it as therapeutic coaching, but the difference is that I am not a therapist and am not qualified to diagnose or treat conditions. I recommend seeking a licensed therapist if you are in need of discussion around specific disorders or are dealing with a more delicate mental health situation.
I Coach For Dirt Cheap
Reach out to me at uberpath@gmail.com if you would like my support. My coaching arrangements have been infrequent and often discounted and I haven't really had a consistent rate, but right now I am offering coaching for $20 USD per hour session or whatever higher amount feels right to give. I know what it's like to navigate financial challenges as an HSP and I want you to easily access this!
